The Genesis of Sunshine Street Co.
Following the tragic loss of her cousin Brooklyn, who battled cancer for eight years, Rachel Hunter found inspiration in a community fundraiser. Helping create 'Brooklyn Strong' bracelets for the Lehi Roundup, Rachel discovered the impact of personalized, handmade jewelry. This experience catalyzed her to launch her own business, Sunshine Street Co., transforming her grief into a creative outlet and a way to contribute to her family.
Life Lesson
Out of great personal tragedy can come a constructive path forward that serves both oneself and the community.
"If you have a hobby you are passionate about, just do it. You don't know what's going to happen if you don't try. If you have the love and passion behind it, most likely it's just going to fall into place."
— Rachel Hunter
