Work Hard Mortgage respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you visit our website, request information, complete a form, apply for mortgage assistance, or communicate with our team.

Website Measurement and Privacy Choices

Forms, accepted inquiry records, service delivery, security and other essential operations work automatically. Limited campaign measurement uses our existing Google and Meta destinations. OpenAI advertising measurement is inactive.

Use Privacy choices to stop optional tracking or allow additional site analytics. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected. The separate mortgage analytics property runs only after an explicit saved permission. There is no required cookie banner or requirement to allow measurement to use our services.

Optional measurement excludes contact details and their hashes, financial figures, credit values, quiz answers, borrower record identifiers and free-form messages. Readiness-tier campaign events are sent only after the disclosed optional permission: a qualifying quiz score of at least 60 can produce qualified_lead, and at least 80 can produce both qualified_lead and highly_qualified_lead in the existing campaign destinations. The separate mortgage analytics property never receives these tiers or scores. An application link click does not establish a submitted application.

Stopping tracking takes effect without reloading your page or clearing an unfinished form. If you later allow tracking, previously stopped campaign tracking resumes only after you choose to reload. Privacy choices are stored on this website for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time. Changes do not remove information already received by a provider.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property information, loan-related information, communication preferences, and other details needed to respond to your request or assist with the mortgage process. We may also collect basic website usage information such as pages visited, form submissions, and technical information used to improve our website and services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, communicate about mortgage options, process loan-related requests, provide customer support, schedule appointments, request documents, provide loan status updates, and improve our services. We may also use your information to comply with legal, regulatory, and business obligations.

Optional Calls, AI Voice and Text Consent

Our optional website checkbox separately requests your electronic signature authorizing Work Hard Mortgage (Work Harding Home Mortgage Team, LLC) to call and text the number you provide about your mortgage inquiry, products, services and support, including marketing calls and texts using an automatic telephone dialing system and calls using AI-generated, artificial or prerecorded voices, including Mia. The box starts unchecked. Submitting a form alone does not authorize these automated marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services, obtaining a mortgage, or submitting a form.

Call and message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. During a call, say stop or ask not to be called. You may revoke consent by any reasonable method, including calling 801-228-0937 or emailing lending@workhardmortgage.com. Revocation, do-not-contact requests and applicable calling restrictions remain effective.

We retain the actual checkbox choice (including an unchecked choice), the complete on-form agreement and messaging notices with their version, linked policy versions, electronic signature action when checked and submitted, supplied phone number, source page, browser submission time and server receipt time as consent evidence. The shorter wording applies prospectively; prior records retain their original text, version and choice. Existing SMS-only consent is not converted into AI-voice consent. No mobile information or consent data is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service-provider disclosures remain limited to providing requested services, message delivery and legal obligations.

SMS/Text Messaging

Providing a phone number alone is not consent. When you check and submit the optional combined checkbox, it authorizes mortgage-related marketing and service SMS communications from Work Hard Mortgage related to your mortgage inquiry, loan application, appointment reminders, document requests, loan status updates, processing milestones, closing reminders, and customer support.

Message frequency varies depending on your loan activity and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile Information Sharing Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services, comply with legal obligations, or support message delivery.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, lenders, technology providers, compliance vendors, and other parties involved in helping us provide mortgage-related services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or business operations.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices
