Ammon Childs is a 17-year Utah real estate professional with deep expertise in new construction (12 years with a builder), luxury residential, commercial leases, land development, and resale. He is married to Tasha Childs, who also works in real estate, and they have three children. Born in Wyoming and raised on the Wasatch Front, Ammon attended UVU and entered real estate after noticing a friend's career offered more freedom. His philosophy centers on full-service representation, lifelong learning, and long-term client relationships built through referrals, door knocking, and consistent work ethic.
